The Rolex Submariner Date, reference 126613LB, is a striking bi-metal sports watch combining Oystersteel and 18ct yellow gold with one of the collection’s most recognisable colour combinations. Dating from 2024, it features a 41mm case paired with a matching Oyster bracelet, a vibrant blue Cerachrom ceramic bezel, and a rich blue dial. Affectionately known by collectors as the “Bluesy”, the watch features highly legible Chromalight hour markers, yellow gold-edged hands and a date display at 3 o’clock beneath Rolex’s signature Cyclops lens.
Powering the watch is Rolex’s automatic Calibre 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement featuring the efficient Chronergy escapement and an approximately 70-hour power reserve. Its professional diving credentials include 300 metres of water resistance and a unidirectional rotating bezel for accurate elapsed-time monitoring during dives.
